Olson, Redford & Wahlberg partners Shaun D. Redford & Katie L. Wahlberg will co-chair a new MN CLE seminar course this September. Understanding Easements, Licenses, and Restrictive Covenants In Minnesota is a live, in-person event, featuring presentations and a roundtable discussion led by 15 real estate professionals.
The seminar will begin with a primer on easements and restrictive covenants and licenses in Minnesota, including drafting ideas with annotated forms. It will continue and examine complex easements, and special issues such as title insurance, valuing easements and resolving property disputes by creating easements and restrictive covenants. Attendees will leave the seminar more confident to handle easement and restrictive covenant issues for their clients.
Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 6.0 standard CLE credits, and also is applying to the Minnesota State Bar Association for 6.0 advanced real property law specialist credits.
