Tom Olson to present at Real Estate Institute

Tom Olson has been asked to speak at the Real Estate Institute on the topic of what documents are subject to recording or registration with county recorders/Registrars of title; what standards apply; and what consequences can follow to investors and to the county when documents are not recorded. His speech is entitled: “What Documents May be Recorded; What Documents may be Rejected; and the Consequences of each.”
