Trust & Estate Litigation

At Olson, Lucas, Redford & Wahlberg, our attorneys have experience representing & litigating on behalf of beneficiaries, trustees, and other parties with interests in decedents’ estates and trust assets.   As such, we have enjoyed a history of referrals from other practicing attorneys who perform the actual estate planning work.

Our attorneys have significant experience litigating the many issues that can arise when parties have conflicting views on the scope, intent, or enforceability of a will or trust document. This includes deposition and trial experience cross-examining medical professionals as to competency, reviewing reams of medical and other records to determine competency and intent, and examining the intricacies of complex trust documents.

We handle all aspects of estate and trust litigation, including disputes over beneficial interests in trusts and estates, representing personal representatives, and providing advice and counsel to trustees and executors on how to discharge their duties to reduce the potential for conflict with beneficiaries and other interested parties.
